The Internet and Telecom of Medical Things In the August 2020 Edition of Communications of the ACM (the Association for Computing Machinery), Chief Internet Evangelist at Google and 2012 AD to 2014 AD ACM president, Vinton G. Cerf, wrote On the Internet of Medical Things , a column regarding healthcare and the widespread availability of household Internet and Telecom technologies applicable to healthcare. Related to the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, Cerf wrote that he experienced an unsettling doctor’s call because Cerf’s goal, a doctor analyzing his health, was rejected, but the offered alternative, a video consultation, was inadequate. Cerf wrote, “This led to the natural conclusion that remote detection would be helpful in these conditions” (Cerf, Aug 2020, p. 5). AI’s Profound Effect on CSPs’ Businesses In August, 2020, Vice President of the TM Forum’s AI & Customer Experience, Aaron Boasman-Patel wrote AIOps will help telcos manage AI at scale – a must in 5G networks . Boasman-Patel wrote, “AI is going to have a profound effect on communication services providers’ (CSPs’) businesses” (Boasman-Patel, August, 2020). I believe this is an ideal, pillar-of-civilization, opportunity because AIs are special learners that advance to high-rank single task ‘completionists’ such as Go, the game, and chess, the game. On VS Code, Starting Using C / C++

  C/C++ for Visual Studio Code Last night, on VS Code (Visual Studio Code), a popular IDE (integrated development environment), I successfully ran a simple box volume calculator app, and the language I used was C++. On my MS (Microsoft) Surface Pro LTE ( link ) OS, Windows 10 ( link ), the way I did this: is checking available VS Code extensions via internal app search, studying the relevant documentation, but then checking available walkthrough information; but the final step was handwriting this code.
