A God of Forces: JEDI, Weighed Against Ending its Cloud Project because of Amazon

During early Eastern Standard Time hours, today, the Wall Street Journal’s John D. McKinnon wrote Pentagon Weighs Ending JEDI Cloud Project Amid Amazon Court Fight ( link ). McKinnon wrote on Washington, District of Columbia soil, Pentagon professionals considered ending the JEDI cloud-computing project (in Software Engineering lingo, it is really a program, the Joint Enterprise Defense Infrastructure): it is because Inc. has pushed litigation against it, and lawmakers are increasing their unfriendliness toward it. According to McKinnon, in 2019, Microsoft Corp. received the JEDI contract award, but Amazon contested this on court soil since then. On the Wall Street Journal, McKinnon continued: in April 2021, a federal judge refused the Pentagon’s demand to dismiss Amazon’s case, but the legal reasoning is unclear ( link ). Following this, Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks stated the Pentagon would review JEDI, wrote McKinnon. McKinnon stated Hicks’ statement was on Ap

To Mishaal Rahman, a Response: All updates to existing Play Store apps must now target Android 9 Pie

Android 9 Pie is a Play Store Requirement 4 hours ago, Mishaal Rahman wrote All updates to existing Play Store apps must now target Android 9 Pie ( link ). Rahman wrote, "Back in late 2017, Google made a bold decision: force Android app developers to target newer API levels by adding new Play Store requirements" (October 2019, Rahman). Google did not force me, an Android app developer: in 2017, my Regent University CSCI 430, Mobile and Smart Computing, course, was making Android Web apps, but my Web app did not have an Android API level requirement because it used a Web browser rather than an APK. My Play Store Goal, a Pie app: By December 31, 2019, I shall submit my Play Store app using the Pie level requirement, but I have an Play Store app, already: Bit Jet Kit. I used AppCreator24, but the target API was 25, so I sent AppCreator24 an email: regarding this, but AppCreator24 did not respond. July 18, 2020 Update, I Am No Longer Using AppCreator24: AppCreator24 was too costl

To Robert Sedgewick, a Response: Computer Science Shall Be Required, Conditionally

Requiring Computer Science On October 28, 2019, Robert Sedgewick wrote Should Computer Science Be Required ( link ). Sedgewick wrote, "Every college student needs a Computer Science course, and most need two or more." Of Computer Science educators, Sedgewick believed: at least one Computer Science course is the profession-entry requirement. Sedgewick accorded: recognizing the "truth": the increasing educator count; but educators have not met this need.  Is Computer Science Normal Sedgewick asked: was requiring each college student one Computer Science course normal? Sedgewick described his question: debatable. For all students: As an available necessity, Sedgewick supported Computer Science. Except Computer Science, Sedgewick stated colleges and universities: in almost any course discipline, they are allowing enrollment: for any student. The Limited Instructed In Scripture, instructors defined the limited instructed. To his Corinth-located family, the Tarsus man,

To Priyab Dash's Blog, a Response: Issues with VSCODE License — You should worry

On October 27, 2019, Priyab Dash wrote Issues with VSCODE License — You should worry . On my development experience, Dash's criticism #ad Dash wrote, "We developers are very particular about our IDEs and with a good reason." Dash accorded, I, a, developer, with a good reason, am a very particular Integrated Development Environment surrounding. Dash wrote that I spend my major development time: with an Integrated Development Environment, unknown and unspecific work, and love and care choosing the right Integrated Development Environment. Dash wrote I also spend unknown and unspecific time: seeing the ecosystem category, the Integrated Development Environment providing, and why my other community members use it. On good and evil #ad In Scripture, priests instructed: good. To his Roman-located family, the Tarsus man, Saul, attributed his name, " Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. " (Rom 12:21, NIV).

Google: Quantum Supremacy

On October 23, 2019, Ian Randall wrote Google says it has achieved 'quantum supremacy' with super computer that  'can complete TEN THOUSAND years' work in just three minutes' ( link ) Ten Thousand Years Randall wrote: with a processor that performed minutes work, Google claimed a quantum computing breakthrough, and the same task would have taken classic computers ten thousand years. Next, Randall reported quantum supremacy, a proposition achieved, for it surpassed normal computers: in computer research, this had been a decades-long goal. A Fledgling Technology After that, Randall wrote that the results, faster computing, was proven: in the real world, no sneak physical law stopped this, reported researchers. In Randall's technology article, quantum computing is a fledgling technology, and it uses the abnormal quantum physics: to achieve greater information processed.  To Quantum Computers, the von Neumann Computer On normal co

A cutting-plane method for contiguity-constrained spatial aggregation

A Cutting Plane Method for a Special Aggregation On November 28, 2017 AD, the Institute of Geodesy and Geoinformation, University of Bonn, Germany accepted an article: by Johannes Oehrlein and Jan-Henrik Haunert, a cutting-plane method for contiguity-constrained spatial aggregation ( link ). Planar Subdivisions are Geographic Space Structures Oehrlein and Haunert wrote that planar subdivisions are regular 'geographic space' structures. Oehrlein and Haunert used the same integer linear program s, but the constraints ensured contiguity differences. Next, Oehrlein and Haunert adapted a Shirabe model: on spatial unit allocation. After that, Oehrlein and Haunert wrote: area aggregation is an important map-generalization step; but it contains line simplication, selection, and displacement. Further, the cutting-plane method Oehrlein and Haunert used is a growth: on the ILP basis, the method parts are Objective, Constraints, and an exponent constraint number called contiguity con
