It's Just SQL Server On Azure, Right?

SQL Server on Azure Pragmatic Works is stating It's Just SQL Server On Azure, Right On Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA), Pragmatic Works is stating HA is the Azure SQL Database, and it is giving users auto-recovery. By Microsoft management, HA is not an automatic 'SQL Server' service, but it is including Virtual Machines (VM).
