Spectre and Meltdown Explained, and a Proposed Counter Against Them

On December 21, 2018, CNET's Jason Cipriani wrote 13 fantastic Android Pie features coming to your phone .  Adapting Battery Jason Cipriani wrote, "In the never-ending pursuit of better battery life, Android Pie's Adaptive Battery feature will learn the apps you use over time and prioritize system resources to them." I took a screenshot, but above it is displayed. Cipriani reported: for non-significant app use, Android Pie shall ignore it; until I play the app. Cipriani reported: this saves battery life, and everyone is made happy.
