In recent weeks, I have sought a new employer, but I did not look in vain. Within a couple days of updating my Indeed.com resume, I was recruited to a new Information Technology position. But I also applied. So, it was standard process. The company is Quintrix Solutions, a Mindlance Company. Actually, I gave Mindlance my resume through Indeed. The representatives approved my initial interest, but they required I pass a technical assessment. Since I had recently worked on a Pi app, gaining a multi-threading understanding, I felt confident. So, I took the assessment without preparation. But it was a hard reality check. So, I only passed by ~20 points over the failure rate, so I think it was like a B or B-.
