A God of Forces: JEDI, Weighed Against Ending its Cloud Project because of Amazon

During early Eastern Standard Time hours, today, the Wall Street Journal’s John D. McKinnon wrote Pentagon Weighs Ending JEDI Cloud Project Amid Amazon Court Fight ( link ). McKinnon wrote on Washington, District of Columbia soil, Pentagon professionals considered ending the JEDI cloud-computing project (in Software Engineering lingo, it is really a program, the Joint Enterprise Defense Infrastructure): it is because Amazon.com Inc. has pushed litigation against it, and lawmakers are increasing their unfriendliness toward it. According to McKinnon, in 2019, Microsoft Corp. received the JEDI contract award, but Amazon contested this on court soil since then. On the Wall Street Journal, McKinnon continued: in April 2021, a federal judge refused the Pentagon’s demand to dismiss Amazon’s case, but the legal reasoning is unclear ( link ). On an Android Pie Update: the Picture Message Preview is a Paradigm Shift

On Android Pie, there is a Messages app feature, and this app has a native picture preview.

Today, on Android Pie, I captured a camera picture. Then, I received a notification. On my Android Pie phone, the notification was a drop-down, and it had a small picture. After selecting the notification down arrowhead, a middle-sized picture preview displayed. After I had waited three-plus seconds, the message picture notification disappeared. On the drop-down menu, there was a small picture  preview. On the Messages app was a large picture preview.

On Android Pie, the Messages app reduced overhead because it caused less file search reliance, and less sort reliance. For an average search example, the binary search tree requires O(n) search time because it one step, and I have the datem. For example, 
the average Selection Sort requires O(n^2) time complexity because two a computer selects the datem then sorts the datem. For more asymptotic notations, review Eric D. Rowell's Web page. Instead, Pie reduces message picture steps an average thrice. This feature also allows more Pie user activity. In my previous post, I discussed ineffective Internet leadership. In response, I sought the security industry alternative because security is maintenance work, but is popularity bottlenecked Computer Science innovation: I have conceptualized total grade management, and my Bit Jet Kit app is the first step. In Scripture, an Ecclesiastes writer gave a pro-king message. The Ecclesiastes (NIV) writer stated, "Do not be in a hurry to leave the king’s presence. Do not stand up for a bad cause, for he will do whatever he pleases" (8:3). As an American, I accept the United States anti-nobility land law, and Android Pie is the best-worst anti-sin platform because an evil one can be context-trapped, but anti-sin faith is not context-trapped; but this is time complexity science.

Interdisciplinary Campus Culture On April 14, 2020, Katy Rank Lev wrote the Carnegie Mellon University’s (CMU) news article The Future of AI is Female . Since artificial intelligence’s (AI) initial measurement, wrote Lev, CMU built AI. Drone Uses AI and 11,500 Crashes to Learn How to Fly

Learning to Fly by Crashing On 10 May, 2017, Evan Ackerman wrote the IEEE (Institute for Electricians and Electrical Engineers) SPECTRUM article Drone Uses AI and 11,500 Crashes to Learn How to Fly. In Ackerman’s article, Ackerman used a block quote by Carnegie Mellon University roboticists Dhiraj Gandhi, Lerrel Pinto; and Abhinav Gupta, the writers of a paper, “Learning to Fly by Crashing” (Gandhi, et. al., 27 Apr 2017). From Ackerman’s block quote from Gandhi, et. al., “[T]he gap between simulation and real world remains large especially for perception problems” (Gandhi, et. al.).
