Pragmatic Works is stating It's Just SQL Server On Azure, Right On Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA), Pragmatic Works is stating HA is the Azure SQL Database, and it is giving users auto-recovery. By Microsoft management, HA is not an automatic 'SQL Server' service, but it is including Virtual Machines (VM). Thus, the user can set up additional VMs and recoveries.  

VM Disaster Recovery

On VM Disaster Recovery (DR) shall have more setup and configuration, and it is including Azure SQL Database and SQL Server. Within the Azure framework DR, implementation group is using data solutions. For both HA and DR, Microsoft's solutions are 'paired regional' data centers, and they offer high performance levels.

As a Pie developer, I do not want this because it is more state military. On December 24, 2017, I encountered 'submachine-wielding' TN police. Microsoft is enterprise science and technology, and the state military gets handing-them-downs, for the federal military is giving the state military it. Pie is low-cost, scalable, evolving science and technology. All Pie devices are including the SQLITE Database. The SQLITE Database is the Azure SQL Database and SQL Server evolutionary nemesis thus Pie is actually anti-state-military. The worse case is the state military using Q, but destroying everything I am building, but making fake predictions; but making insecure predictions. Microsoft is using stationary server technology, but this is not secure, while the mobile technology is the main market. 

July 19, 2020 Update: my practicality hypothesis is based on market saturation.

During 2020’s first half, Android Pie has nearly thirty percent market share, but Android 10 only has near ten percent. My prediction is that Android 10 shall be sustainable, eventually with this app by getting players away from discordant appetites, and more players getting more involved in customizing their Internet security through apps.
